Todd G. Messenger, Esq., is a director in the real estate department of Fairfield and Woods, P.C. in Denver. He brings 24 years of experience in land use law and regulatory reform, working with public, private, and civic sector clients. He is the principal author of several award-winning land development codes, and is a contributor to CBA / CLE's Colorado Land Planning and Development Law book. At CLE presentations, he is best known for wearing a suit on a Friday and including gratuitous animation in his powerpoint presentations.
