Jerome W. Karsh is the Managing Member of Karsh Forensic Consulting, LLC, a
Certified Public Accounting firm in Denver, Colorado specializing in forensic accounting.
Mr. Karsh holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration from the
University of Denver where he has been an adjunct professor at both the business school
and law school. His practice has been primarily devoted to the area of litigation support
since 1973, testifying in over 2,000 cases, as well as being appointed by the court as a
Special Master on numerous occasions. He is a frequent lecturer and has written numerous
articles on business valuations as well as other forensic accounting subjects.
