John E. Moye

John E. Moye, Esq., is the founding partner of Moye White LLP, a Denver, Colorado, law firm with an extensive practice in commercial and business acquisition transactions.   Moye is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance , and a distinguished graduate of Cornell University Law School.  He also has been awarded a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Denver, where he served as a Professor of Law and Associate Dean for several years before founding his current law firm. Moye has written several books on corporate law and commercial transactions.  His three volume set of business organization forms published by Lexis-Nexis is now in its fourth edition, and his treatise on The Law of Business Organizations is in a sixth edition and has been published by West/Thomson for 24 years.    Moye has been President of the Colorado Bar Association and  a national lecturer on contract, corporate and financing law.  He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority, Stapleton Development Corporation, Downtown Denver Inc., the Colorado Historical Foundation.
