Tom Wagner received a B.A. and B.S. from the University of Montana and a law degree from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. He is licensed to practice in Colorado state and federal courts. Mr. Wagner previously clerked for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. His practice now includes complex commercial litigation with an emphasis in consumer protection matters and the financial services and securities industry. Mr. Wagner is a member of the Colorado and Denver bar associations, the American Bar Association’s Consumer Financial Services Committee, and other organizations. He has volunteered as a bicycling advocate, and spends his free time skiing and racing bikes in the Colorado mountains.
