Jordan Factor, Esq., is a Shareholder at Allen & Vellone, P.C., where he represents individuals and entities in a range of securities and general commercial cases. In the securities context, Mr. Factor represents investors suffering losses in various financial products and in complex fraudulent schemes, many of whom are elderly. Mr. Factor currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Securities Subsection of the Colorado Bar Association and as a member of the Governing Council of the CBA's Litigation Section. Mr. Factor earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his law degree from Yale Law School.
