Patricia . Ho

Fisher Broyles LLP
Patricia Ho, Esq., practices primarily in intellectual property (“IP”) and commercial litigation. In a litigation context, Patty has a depth of experience handling all aspects of disputes and active litigation from the pre-suit investigation stage through trial. Due to her litigation experience, she also practices in IP licensing and diligence work, and advises her clients on other transactional matters involving technology. Patty excels at handling bet-the-company or multi-million dollar litigation matters with many moving parts, but she also regularly represents smaller clients in commercial disputes where she identifies ways to leverage litigation to achieve her clients' outcomes. In short, she develops and implements a tailored strategy for each client's needs, whether this means vigorously advocates for her client's position through trial or maximizing a client's interests in settlement. Patty also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Denver Bar Association and serves as a Board member for Redline Contemporary Art Center and the Legal Aid Foundation, respectively. Patty has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, Litigation - Intellectual Property, 2023 and was previously recognized as a Rising Star attorney by Super Lawyer Magazine for 2010 and 2012-2020. She is a graduate of Impact Denver, a leadership program of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
