Brendan D. Benson, Esq. is a shareholder with Miletich PC in Denver, CO. His practice encompasses civil rights issues, commercial litigation, and insurance matters with an emphasis on employment law. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Defense Research Institute's Labor and Employment Division's Fair Labor Standards Act Subcommittee. Mr. Benson joined Miletich PC after practicing at a civil litigation firm where he represented clients throughout all phases of litigation. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jane A. Tidball of the First Judicial District of the State of Colorado. Mr. Benson attended the University of Denver. Sturm College of Law, where he was a member of the Denver University Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Benson worked in the finance industry. He received a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
