Kate Strauss, Esq., is an experienced counselor and advocate, with a practice equally dedicated to advising clients on corporate and transactional matters and litigating on their behalf. Her litigation work spans construction defect, mechanic’s lien foreclosures, delay and scheduling impact claims, and complex contract disputes. She represents a wide range of clients, including general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, specialty trades and material suppliers. In 2025, Kate was honored as both a ColoradoBiz Top Women in Business award recipient and a Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business honoree, reflecting her leadership in the legal and construction communities. She has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer every year from 2019 through 2025, after being named a Rising Star from 2015 to 2017. Kate is actively involved with the American Subcontractors Association of Colorado, for which she co-chairs the Women in Construction Committee, and serves on the Colorado Bar Association’s Ethics Committee.
