M. Kate. Strauss, Esq., is a partner and founding member of Galvanize Law Group LLC in Denver, CO. She specializes in construction law, including contract negotiation, and litigation of claims relating to construction defect, delay and scheduling impact claims. Her clients include general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and specialty trades, and material suppliers. Kate has regularly been nominated to Colorado Super Lawyers' Rising Stars and Super Lawyers lists. She is a professional member of the American Subcontractors Association of Colorado, for which she co-chairs the Women in Construction Committee. Kate is also active in the Colorado and American Bar Associations and serves on the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee, as well as acting as the Ethics Committee Liaison for the Colorado Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section Council. Kate’s CLE presentations focus on professional responsibility and ethics.
