Dean Batchelder, Esq., is a shareholder at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., heads the firm's appellate practice group, and has had the opportunity to practice before the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Tenth Circuit. Before transitioning to appellate practice, he focused his practice on complex commercial litigation, litigating in Colorado, Wyoming, and other jurisdictions. Before moving to Colorado permanently, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew Mead of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
