Richard M Kipperman has been a panel trustee in the Southern District of California for 20 years, serving as trustee in over 25,000 chapter 7 cases.  Mr. Kipperman has also served as a Chapter 11 Trustee, Examiner, Responsible Person, Post Confirmation Trustee, Liquidating Agent and Litigation Trustee.  In addition, he has been a Receiver in State and Federal Courts, Provisional Director, and an Assignee.  Mr. Kipperman has given expert testimony in bankruptcy and Taft-Hartley Trust Fund matters; and has served as a former Trustee and consultant for the San Diego County construction Laborers' Benefit Trust Funds; administrator of the San Diego County Group Insurance, Pension, and Vacation Funds; and Board Member San Diego City Employees' Retirement System, a $4 billion pension fund.  Mr. Kipperman received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Denver, and his M.S. in Business from San Diego State University.  He is a former United States Marine Corps Captain and a Vietnam veteran and is the Former President National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
