Glenn Duhl is a management-side employment and litigation lawyer at Siegel, O'Connor, O'Donnell & Beck, P.C., where he is lead trial counsel in defense of federal, state and agency claims of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital status, gender, age and disability discrimination, wage claims, FMLA claims, breach of contract, wrongful termination, defamation, emotional distress, sexual harassment and trade secret misappropriation claims.  Glenn has extensive experience in providing preventive counseling and advice to businesses in all employment matters including EEO policies and practices. Glenn has earned Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating (AV), been recognized as a Connecticut and New England Super Lawyer in the field of employment defense and litigation, and listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Glenn has taught Moot Court and Trial Advocacy at UCONN Law School and is a frequent speaker in employment and litigation seminars.  He is a chapter author of Wage and Hour Laws: A State-by-State Survey; contributing editor to The Fair Labor Standards Act and Tortious Interference in the Employment Context; and associate editor of Age Discrimination in Employment Law, all of which are published by BNA Books. He earned his B.A. degree from Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School. Practicing since 1986, he is licensed in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Louisiana.
