Ben Doyle, Esq., focuses his practice at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP on real estate development, construction, and affordable housing. Ben is knowledgeable in all aspects of affordable housing development, financing, and operation and has advised owners, developers and government agencies on a broad range of both real estate development matters, including zoning and entitlements, subdivision issues, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, condominium regimes, easements, covenants, and cost-sharing agreements, as well as the structuring and documentation of equity and debt financing. He holds a dual degree in law and urban and regional planning from the University of Colorado, and a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
