Stan Doida, Esq., M.B.A, represents an array of businesses, founders, and investors. He holds both a J.D. and an M.B.A., and uses his unique dual expertise in business and all corporate legal areas including securities, financing, mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurial and start-up legal issues, venture capital, and contracts. He is passionate about working with serial entrepreneurs and has substantial experience in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, asset acquisitions and sales, stock acquisitions and sales, strategic partnerships, and corporate reorganizations. Stan also has substantial experience in representing companies raising money (through equity, debt or combinations of both) from third parties, including banks, angel investors, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. Stan merged his firm with Crow Legal in 2021 to form Doida Crow Legal, LLC.
