Todd A. Wells, Esq., is a founding shareholder of the law firm Gleason Wells, based in Denver, Colorado, USA. Mr. Wells holds multiple advanced degrees including a BA in anthropology from the University of Tennessee, a JD from the University of Denver, a MBA from the University of Colorado, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution from the University of Hong Kong. Wells' law practice has focused on traditional commercial, corporate, and employment law transactions, and includes experience with arbitration (domestic and international), the development of international service and sales agreements, intellectual property registration and transactions, business structures, and other classic business needs between businesses large and small. Mr. Wells is a former vice-chair and co-chair of the International Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. He has taught intensive experiential-style courses in international commercial arbitration, international sales, and international investment arbitration as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver since 2009. He also serves as an instructor for international arbitration moot teams at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and travels across the globe on behalf of DU.
