Matthew Merrill, Esq., is a partner at the Denver firm White & Jankowski, LLP. He represents public and private clients in all manner of water transactions and water court litigation, including adjudication of new surface and ground water rights, changes of water rights, augmentation plans, and related water quality matters. Matthew has litigated applications and statements of opposition under both pre- and post-2009 water court rules in water courts on both sides of the continental divide. He also has experience with administrative water matters and appeals.
