Barbara Shindell, LCSW, is a psychotherapist, child advocate, forensic evaluator, mediator and Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professional. Barbara graduated with a master's degree in Science and Social Work in 1971 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  She has been a practicing psychotherapist since that time. She has had a private practice in California and Colorado and works with individuals, couples, families, adults, and children. Barbara came to Colorado in 2001 and began including forensic evaluations and mediation in her practice, including mediating parenting plans, performing PRE's, serving as a PC/DM, and teaching co-parenting education for high conflict families. Barbara has developed a specialty in Reintegration Therapy, a specialized form of family therapy.  She is an avid student of attachment and human development.
