Eric Potyondy, Esq., has been practicing water law in Colorado since graduating from the University of Colorado Law School in 2006. After clerking for the Water Judge at the Water Court in Greeley for two years, Eric practiced at a small water law firm for six years before returning to his hometown to work as the in-house water attorney for the City of Fort Collins. Eric now lives in Fort Collins with his wife, two young boys, one old cat, and a small herd of bikes. Jeff Clark has more than 30 years’ experience in water resources engineering in Colorado, and manages projects related to water supplies, water resources planning, water rights and hydrology. He performs and manages water rights and water supply investigations, which include historic use analysis, market valuation of water rights, evaluation of alternative water supplies, water operations studies and assessment of water right and water administration issues. Clark also assists clients with the development of augmentation plans, substitute water supply plans, change of water rights, protection of water rights and provides expert testimony and trial support. Prior to resuming a career in consulting, he worked for several Denver-area municipal water providers where he gained extensive experience with water supply planning and management, water acquisitions, water facilities planning, water court activities, intergovernmental relations, stakeholder consensus-building and contract negotiations. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Watershed Science with a concentration in planning and management from Colorado State University. Jeff is a Past-President and former Board Member of the Colorado Section of the American Water Resources Association. Additionally, he completed advanced training courses in dispute resolution and consensus building. When not working, he enjoys skiing, boating, camping and the occasional Jimmy Buffett concert.
