Brooke E. Mallette

Brooke Mallette is a Vice President, Associate General Counsel in AT&T's Legal Department. Brooke and her team support AT&T's Content Group in the acquisition of all content for AT&T's distribution platforms DIRECTV, DIRECTVNow, U-verse and WatchTV. Among other things, this support includes negotiating and drafting hundreds of complex time consuming agreements with large and small content providers (e.g., ESPN, Fox) and providing strategic advice and analysis. Brooke started at DIRECTV in August of 2013 and joined AT&T as part of its acquisition of DIRECTV in 2015. Previously Brooke worked at DISH, focusing first on securities, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions and later supporting the DISH Content Team. Prior to DISH, Brooke was an associate at Jacobs, Chase, Frick, Klienkopf and Kelley specializing in real estate. Brooke attended undergrad at the University of Colorado, School of Arts and Sciences and received joint-degrees in Economics and International Affairs. Brooke then obtained her JD from the University of Colorado Law School. Brooke grew up in Telluride, Colorado.
