Paul Means, Esq., is the founder and managing member of Means Law Group, LLC, where he practices transactional real estate law. He has extensive experience in commercial leasing, representing both office landlords and tenants, as well as national shopping retailers. He also represents residential developers and builders, and works regularly on the acquisition, disposition, and financing of real property. Mr. Means has been practicing real estate law for over 20 years. Prior to founding Means Law Group, LLC, Mr. Means was a partner in a real estate boutique law firm in downtown Denver, as well as special counsel at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. He began his legal career with the international law firm Orrick in San Francisco, California. Mr. Means received his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law. Mr. Means also holds a master's degree in political philosophy and has taught Philosophy of Law as a guest lecturer at the University of Colorado, Denver.
