Gale T. Miller
Honorable Gale T. Miller was appointed to the Colorado Court of Appeals by Governor Bill Ritter in 2008. Prior to his appointment, he was a trial lawyer at the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., and then practiced at Davis Graham & Stubbs for thirty-five years. His practice focused on antitrust, natural resources, and other complex litigation. Judge Miller currently chairs the Colorado Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Evidence, and he has held positions as chair of the Our Courts Executive Committee, president of the Colorado Judicial Institute, and chair of the Colorado Lawyers Committee. He currently serves on the Colorado Access to Justice Commission, as well as the Our Courts Executive Committee and the CJI Board (ex officio).
