Steve Nagy, Esq., is Shareholder at Montgomery Little & Soran. He represents clients in a wide range of real estate matters including transactions and litigation. He regularly assists clients in transactions, leasing, eminent domain, access and boundary conflicts, title disputes, breach of contract claims, development matters, and natural resource issues. Prior to joining Montgomery Little, Steve was a partner at a boutique firm specializing in condemnation litigation and commercial real estate transactions. Steve has also represented clients in various natural resource industries and started his career as land acquisition manager for Great Outdoors Colorado. Steve currently serves on the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section Executive Council. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, camping and spending time outdoors with his wife, kids and dogs.
