Sheryl Bridges, Esq., is a Member at Caplan and Earnest. A primary aspect of her practice is the representation of health care professionals before their licensing bodies. She also has extensive litigation and counseling experience that includes representation of health care professionals and others in arbitration and administrative, state, and federal courts on legal proceedings for claims including medical malpractice, contractual disputes, and other civil claims. In addition, Sheryl provides her clients with general counsel services to assist with business practice issues, which includes helping her clients respond to subpoenas, evaluate HIPAA and privacy considerations, and respond to employee complaints. Sheryl also assists and advises on the impact new legislation might have on her clients. Sheryl has been named to the Colorado Super Lawyers list multiple times, including her selection to the list of Top 50 Women Lawyers in both 2023 and 2024. Sheryl actively mentors newer attorneys informally and through the Colorado Attorney Mentoring Program.
