Josh W. Mack, Esq., practices in a variety of areas within the firm of Goldman, Nicholson & Mack, P.C. His practice primarily focuses on civil and criminal litigation in State and Federal Courts, as well as probate and foreclosure law, and real estate transactions. His civil litigation practice is focused on a variety of real property issues, including boundary disputes and easements, adverse possession, oil and gas, mortgages and liens, landlord/tenant and land use. Mr. Mack was born and raised in Louisiana but attended both college and Law School in Colorado. After graduating from Law School, Mr. Mack served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Lael Montgomery in Colorado's 20th Judicial District. Following his clerkship, he joined the firm in 2007.
