Jessica Allen, Esq., is a Senior Assistant City Attorney with the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Denver City Attorney's Office. The Section serves as in-house employment counsel for the City, which has approximately 12,000 employees. Ms. Allen advises supervisors and managers regarding a wide variety of employment issues, and represents the City in administrative, state and federal litigation. She also trains employees in many topics to help them avoid spending time with her in administrative, state and federal litigation. Ms. Allen is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
