Simon Frankel is a partner with Covington & Burling LLP in San Francisco. He is co-chair of the Covington's Intellectual Property Rights practice group and serves on the firm's Management Committee. His practice focuses on copyright and trademark litigation, internet privacy disputes, licensing and technology litigation, and legal issues related to visual art. He is an adjunct lecturer at Stanford Law School, where he teaches a class on Art and the Law.
