Jeff Dodd is a partner with Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, resident in its Houston office (though in years' past it seemed that he was resident on United Airlines). He has 39 years' experience helping companies with their corporate, securities, intellectual property and technology transactions. Jeff's clients range in size from Fortune 50 companies to emerging businesses. Jeff is also a frequent author and speaker (U.S. and internationally) on a variety of topics (see full list at https://www.andrewskurth.com/people-JeffCDodd.html), as well as being a full-time practitioner. In addition, he has been the co-author of Modern Licensing Law and Drafting Effective Contracts with his friend of over 40 years, Dean Raymond Nimmer of the University of Houston Law Center, who passed away in January 2018. Jeff will continue to update and revise both treatises.
