Shelly K. Rosnik, Esq., worked as a paralegal in premier Colorado law firms since 1999 prior to attending Denver University Sturm College of Law in 2004. Shelly worked as a paralegal in premier Colorado law firms since 1999. During law school she had the opportunity to clerk for the 4th Judicial District, clerked for two other prominent law firms in the Denver area, and was the legal advocate at SafeHouse Denver helping non-citizen victims of domestic violence obtain U-Visas and VAWAs so that they would not be separated from their children. Upon being sworn into the Colorado Bar in 2007, Shelly opened her own practice which continues to grow primarily from a wide referral base and community involvement. Shelly is dedicated to serving Colorado with the passion and enthusiasm required to be awarded the “Best of the Best” by the Parker Chronicle for 2010, 2011, and 2012. In 2012 Shelly was honored to receive the Martindale-Hubbell's Client Distinction Award. Although Shelly's practice has included a broad spectrum of law since 2007, she is now focused primarily on criminal law, estate planning, and bankruptcy.
