She advises clients on development and land use entitlement matters, and understands the interplay between the public sector and private real estate developers. Caitlin's practice spans all areas of real estate development including acquisitions and dispositions, zoning and development, as well as serving as special and general counsel to various governmental and quasi-governmental entities. Caitlin recently served on the mayor-appointed Denver Blueprint Denver Task Force, which played a key role in vetting the principles and policy recommendations of the Comprehensive Plan update for the next 20 years.
