K Allison . White
K. Allison White, Esq., is a litigation partner in the Denver office of the national firm Ballard Spahr, LLP. Her focus is on all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including cases involving business disputes, securities fraud, contract disputes, construction disputes, corporate governance, business torts, and all aspects of real estate disputes, including distressed real estate matters. Her litigation practice includes appearing before state and federal courts as well as arbitration tribunals. Ms. White graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisianan State University and clerked for the Honorable John M. Duhé on the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Upon completion of her clerkship, Ms. White practiced complex commercial litigation with an international law firm based in New York before joining Ballard Spahr in 2005. Ms. White is the co-chair of Ballard Women, a group of female Ballard Spahr partners whose aim is to help women attorneys build professional networks, create business opportunities, and grow as legal counselors and business and civic leaders for the benefit of the entire firm. She is also a member of the firm's Denver Hiring Committee, Chair of the Denver Marketing Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Cherry Creek Arts Festival.
