Jeff Becker, Esq., is a Shareholder at Beatty & Wozniak, P.C. Jeff's corporate and transactional experience broadly encompasses all facets of the energy industry including fossil fuel exploration, and production, and midstream and downstream services. Jeff has over fourteen years of corporate and transactional experience in the E&P, midstream and downstream segments of the energy industry, as well as power generation, power sales, interconnection and infrastructure construction. Jeff regularly advises clients on energy project development matters including debt and equity financing. In addition to law firm experience, Jeff has served as Division General Counsel with a Fortune 500 energy infrastructure company, and as Senior Counsel with a private international energy company. Jeff received an MS and JD from Tulane University and an AB from Brown University.
