Lauren Romer, Esq., is Vice President, General Counsel of Ping Identity Corporation. Lauren joined Ping Identity in 2010 as its sole attorney and now oversees a legal department of two additional attorneys and a Director of Security and Compliance. Lauren's practice focuses primarily on corporate governance, securities compliance, oversight of licensing transactions, management of Ping's IP portfolio and labor/employment relations. Prior to joining Ping, Lauren was Corporate Counsel at Collective Intellect, Inc. and before that a corporate associate at Cooley LLP. Lauren graduated from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, Order of St. Ives, in 2005. Lauren also holds an MS from Florida State University and a BA from Duke University.
