Melissa K. Reagan, Esq., is a member of Sherman & Howard L.L.C.'s trial group and co-chair of the data security and data privacy group, and she has practiced with the firm since 2007. Her practice includes data security and data privacy; e-discovery; banking and finance; telecommunications; and LLC, partnership and corporate governance disputes. Melissa currently is a co-chair of Sherman & Howard's Women's Initiative and a member of the Colorado Women's Bar Association. She received her law degree the University of Colorado where she was an Associate Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. She graduated with a B.S.B.A. in finance and marketing, magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.
