Gail Golman Holtzman is a shareholder at Kass Shuler, P.A. in Tampa, Florida where she heads the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. She has been practicing law for 30 years and represents employers in litigation, administrative proceedings, counseling, training, preparation of policies and agreements, workplace investigations and audits, and alternative dispute resolution. Gail has been designated as a “Florida Super Lawyer” each year since its inception. She serves on the Governing Council of the American Bar Association (“ABA”), Labor and Employment Law Section, in the position of Employer Vice-Chair. She is in line to become ABA Section Chair in 2016.
