Doug Dexter is Chair or the Employment Practice Group at Farella Braun & Martel LLP in San Francisco. Mr. Dexter serves as a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Litigation - Labor and Employment. Mr. Dexter is active in the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section, where he currently serves as Budget Co-Chair and has served as a Council Member and Co-Chair of the Annual Section CLE Conference. Mr. Dexter is a Chapter Editor of the Rutter Group Employment Litigation Practice Guide, Ch. 8, Reductions in Force. Mr. Dexter has served as Associate Editor of Workplace Data: Law and Litigation (BNA). Mr. Dexter also founded the SFBA High School Mock Trial Competition.
