Megan Coulter, Esq., her practice focuses on the representation of insurance carriers and self-insured clients during all phases of workers' compensation matters, including advising clients on issues related to Medicare compliance, workers' compensation subrogation, and appeals. She has significant workers' compensation trial experience in both Colorado and Nebraska. Megan is a Board Member of the CBA Workers' Compensation Section, a Workers' Compensation Steering Committee member in ALFA International, a Board Member for Professionals in Workers' Compensation (PWC), and has served on various boards and committees advising the Division of Workers' Compensation on workers' compensation issues and legislation. She also regularly speaks at seminars on topics related to Colorado workers' compensation.
