Scott Lavie is a co-founder of Renovo Capital, where he brings more than 25 years of experience in debt and equity financing for middle market companies across a broad range of industries. Previously, Mr. Lavie was responsible for all aspects (origination, underwriting, closing and asset management) of investments for Galena Capital, and coordinated transaction origination and marketing for Summit Investment Management. In addition he was responsible for structured financings for Republic Financial Corporation. Mr. Lavie began his career at GE Capital, where he rose to co-founder and manager of GE’s restructuring finance group.
Mr. Lavie is a frequent speaker and panelist in the field of financial restructuring. He received a BA in finance from California State University-Chico.
