Bryan C. Benbow, J.D, LL.M, is a Vice President and Trust Officer with BOK Financial, Colorado State Bank and Trust.  Bryan focuses exclusively on administration of Special Needs and Disability Trusts.  Previously, he practiced law for over twelve years in the Denver area, focusing on special needs planning, elder law, guardianships and conservatorships, Medicaid planning, end of life care, trust and estate planning, fiduciary representation, and trust and estate administration. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Denver and his J.D. and LL.M. law degrees from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  Bryan is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Elder Law and Estate Planning Sections of the Colorado Bar Association. He has volunteered at Senior Law Days, held in various counties throughout Colorado and has been a contributing author to Elder Law in Colorado, Elder Law in Colorado 4th Edition, 2011.
