Frank A. DeVincent, Esq., specialized in complex/high asset family law cases for three decades. He has been continually named in the Super Lawyers Magazine and 5280 Magazine as one of the top 5% of the lawyers in the state for 8 consecutive years. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. DeVincent has published many articles on family law and lectured nationally on family law issues. He has extensive courtroom experience, handling multi-million dollar litigation in family law cases. His practice includes matters of legal separation/divorce, mediation and arbitration, pre and post nuptial agreements, marital agreements, modifications, maintenance, child support and child custody. Mr. DeVincent received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University, his Master's Degree in Business and Industrial Relations, Cum Laude, from West Virginia University, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Michigan's Thomas Cooley Law School. Mr. DeVincent is a member of the Colorado, Florida and Georgia state bars. He is the former Chair of the Boulder County Bar Association, Family Law Section.
