Judith C. McNerny
Judith C. McNerny, Esq., is a real estate attorney with the Denver firm of Carpenter & Klatskin, P.C. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School a long time ago. Judy was a member of the Council of the Real Estate Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association from 1993 to 1999, and was Chair in 1998-1999. She currently serves as a member of the CBA Ethics Committee and as the Real Estate Section’s liaison to that Committee. She is a speaker on real estate topics at legal continuing education seminars and author of chapters on leases and escrows in the legal treatise, Krendl's Colorado Methods of Practice. About five years ago, Judy started representing clients that were asked to lease their agricultural property to wind energy developers. She has negotiated and/or reviewed wind farm agreements with more than twenty different developers for even more clients.
