Brian Pritchard, Esq., works for the State of Colorado, Department of Regulatory Agencies-DORA-where he is the Director of the Business & Technical Section in the Division of Registrations. He oversees day-to-day operations, develops and implements policy, and engages in legislative process and review of Division's regulatory systems. He is a member and Committee Chair in CLEAR where he has presented on several regulatory issues. A Hoosier native, Mr. Pritchard attended DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana where he obtained his undergraduate degree in 2000. After completing his undergraduate degree he worked in the construction field for several years before attending Indiana University Law School - Indianapolis and the University of Denver Law School. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in October 2006. Prior to working for the State, he practiced as a litigation attorney primarily in the areas of construction defect litigation and other defense of civil litigation actions. Brian enjoys cycling, white-water rafting, snow-sports, and being raised by his 6-year-old daughter and 4 and 1.5 year-old sons.
