Hale Westfall LLPRyan R. Call, Esq., is a partner with the Denver law firm of Hale Westfall, LLP, providing legal counsel and strategic advice to a broad range of corporations and trade associations, tax-exempt charities and non-profit advocacy organizations, political party committees, candidate and political action committees, and individuals. In additional to his substantial legal practice in the arena of political law and governmental affairs, he also advises corporations and non-profits on entity formation, corporate compliance, and real-estate transactions. He served two successful terms as State Chairman of the Colorado Republican Party and was a member of the Republican National Committee and RNC Budget Committee, in addition to serving previously as in-house counsel and political director for the Colorado Republican Party during the 2008 election cycle. He was appointed by former Colorado Gov. Bill Owens to the Colorado Access to Justice Commission, served as national co-chairman of the College Republican National Committee, and worked for two sessions as a legislative aide in the Colorado General Assembly. Ryan has been a member of the Colorado Secretary of State's Advisory Panels on Election Law and Campaign Finance and Lobbyist Regulation and is a member of the Colorado Lawyers Committee's Election Law Task Force. In addition to his membership in the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, he has also been an active member of the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Federalist Society and the Republican National Lawyer's Association. He received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2005, and his undergraduate degree and MBA in finance and organizational management from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Ryan speaks fluent Spanish, and his wife Brittany live with their four children in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
