Zsolt Bessko, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, National Bank Holdings Corporation, has significant experience in corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and banking over the span of his 18-year legal career. He has had particular focus in the banking industry both in private and as in-house counsel. NBHC provides a wide range of banking products to both commercial and consumer clients.
