Barbara T. Ross

Barbara Tocker Ross is an attorney with Poskus & Klein, P.C. Prior to joining the firm in January 2023, Ms. Ross worked with the firm of Susan R. Harris & Associates, LLC for sixteen years. Ms. Ross's practice has focused on probate, estate and trust administration, estate planning, and charitable giving. She earned her J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, where she was comments editor of The Dickinson Journal of International Law. Ms. Ross completed the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Denver and earned her Master of Laws in Taxation in 2009. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Trust and Estate Section and the Denver Bar Association. Ms. Ross is also a long-time member of the Colorado Women's Estate Planning Council, and served on its Board (2012-2018) and as president (2014-2015). Ms. Ross also served on the Board of Directors of Rock the Earth, a nonprofit environmental advocacy organization, from 2003-2008, and volunteered for the organization until 2017. Ms. Ross is a supporter of the MS Society and the Alzheimer's Association and has participated in various fundraising walks.
