Nelson Boyle's practice centers on civil appeals, primarily in Colorado's state appellate courts and in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Nelson also litigates and tries personal injury, insurance bad faith, and class action lawsuits. Nelson has twice served as chair of the CBA Appellate Subsection's CLE Planning Committee, he has served on the CBA Amicus Curiae Committee, the Board of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and as chair and chair emeritus of CTLA's Amicus Curiae Committee, and as a commissioner and chair of the Judicial Performance Commission for the 2nd Judicial District. Outside work, Nelson enjoys hiking, camping, and skiing with his family.
