Christine B. Amrhein is General Counsel and Vice President of ADA-ES, Inc. (ADES) a leading provider of clean coal technology, specialty chemical additives and other environmental solutions allowing coal-fired facilities to achieve emissions compliance. Chris serves as chief legal officer responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including assisting with the growth, maintenance and protection of the intellectual property portfolio. Prior to joining ADA she was Vice President, Associate General Counsel for the TriZetto Group, Inc. a leading provider of software and technology solutions for the healthcare industry; Senior Counsel at First Data Corporation, where she was lead legal support for First Data's mobile commerce business unit and new product development; and at The Timken Company, where she performed various legal and business roles. A graduate of the Executive Program at the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, Chris has extensive experience counseling business colleagues on practical ways to address legal issues associated with intellectual property and launching new products and services on a global basis.
