Eric Olson, Esq., former Solicitor General of Colorado, is an expert trial lawyer with a successful track record in both public and private practice. He has significant experience in state, federal, and appellate courts nationwide, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Most recently, while serving as Solicitor General, Eric argued two cases before the Supreme Court, including 303 Creative v. Elenis. Eric was previously a partner at Bartlit Beck LLP, where he tried cases to verdict in seven states. He clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, D.C. Circuit Judge Harry Edwards, and District Court Judge John Heyburn in Kentucky. Eric is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Law Institute. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Heyburn Initiative for Judicial Excellence, a non-partisan organization focused on improving the federal judiciary. Eric graduated from Oberlin College and the University of Michigan Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Law Review.
