C. Geoffrey . Weirich
Paul Hastings LLPC. Geoffrey Weirich is a partner in the Atlanta office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. Mr. Weirich exclusively advises employers with respect to employment law issues, and defends employers facing complex employment discrimination claims. He is widely recognized for his extensive experience in handling over three dozen employment class actions. Representative class action clients include Publix Super Markets, Boeing, and Saturn. Geoff is a frequent speaker at the Annual and Midwinter meetings of the ABA Labor & Employment Law Section's EEO Committee, at meetings of the American Employment Law Council, and at many other seminars throughout the nation. Geoff is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA's America's Leading Lawyers for Business, Who's Who Legal, and Georgia's Super Lawyers. He is the Editor-in-Chief for the Third Cumulative Supplement to the Lindemann & Grossman treatise, Employment Discrimination Law, Third Edition, which was published in 2002, and of the new Fourth Edition, which is expected out in 2005. Mr. Weirich is an honors graduate of the Duke University School of Law and Michigan State University, from which he holds an M.A. degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a B.A. in Economics⁄
