Jeffrey Patton is the Member in Charge of Winston-Salem Office of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC. His firm is a full service business practice representing clients in North Carolina and throughout the Southeast, and his practice consists of both litigation and advising management on daily employment issues in an effort to avoid or protect against lawsuits. Jeff is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Wake Forest University School of Law. Prior to coming to Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, Jeff held a judicial clerkship for two years with the Honorable Russell A. Eliason, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
