Wayne N. Outten is the managing partner of Outten & Golden LLP, New York, N.Y. His focus is on representing individuals in all areas of employment law, and he has written and lectured extensively on employment law. Mr. Outten is Vice-Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, is President of Workplace Fairness, was a founding Board member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and was a founding Governor of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Mr. Outten received his J.D. from NYU School of Law and clerked for a federal district court judge.
