Eric W. Iskra is a Member in the regional law firm of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, which is headquartered in Charleston, West Virginia. He is on the firm's management committee and is in charge of client relations. He also is Chair of the firm's labor and employment practice group. Mr. Iskra's practice encompasses trial work and litigation, with an emphasis on employment law, employment class actions, wage and hour class/collective actions, and other high-stakes litigation. He was a Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and he has been recognized for many years as a leader in West Virginia employment law by Chambers USA, Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers. Mr. Iskra is a frequent national and regional lecturer on all aspects of litigation and employment law. He also is active with the ABA's Section of Labor and Employment Law and currently serves on the Section's Council.
